Terms of Use for DoJomleh

For the purposes of these Terms:

- Account: Your unique access profile.
- Content: Any material you upload or post, including audio, video, text, or links.
- We/Us/Our: DoJomleh.
- You: The user or entity accessing the Services.
- Services: The AI-powered summarization platform, including integrations with third-party platforms like YouTube and Telegram.
- Affiliate: An entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party.

These Terms form a binding agreement between You and Us. You must be over 18 to use the Services. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Services. Your use also requires acceptance of our Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Services, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part, You may not access the Services.

When creating an account, provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities under it. Notify Us immediately of any breaches or unauthorized use. You may not use a username that is offensive, vulgar, or infringes on others' rights.

You are responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of Your Content. By uploading Content, You grant Us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and process it solely for providing the Services (e.g., summarization via AI). You retain ownership of Your Content but represent that it does not violate any rights. We may aggregate anonymized data from Your usage to improve Services, without identifying You.

You may not:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or derive source code from the Services.
- Use the Services to develop competing products.
- Transmit unlawful, offensive, or harmful Content (e.g., viruses, spam).
- Violate export laws or remove proprietary notices.
- Use the Services in conjunction with unauthorized software or hardware.
We reserve the right to modify Services to comply with laws, without liability.

The Services, including software, features, and Documentation, are Our exclusive property, protected by copyright and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without consent. You retain rights to Your Content but grant Us usage rights as needed for summarization.

You assign all rights to any Feedback You provide. If assignment is ineffective, You grant Us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it without restriction.

We are not responsible for third-party sites or services (e.g., YouTube, Telegram, Stripe). Use them at Your own risk.

For paid plans (e.g., Basic or Pro), You agree to the fees outlined. Payments are processed by us; We do store details. We never delete or remove payment informations. Late payments may incur charges. We may change prices with notice. Refunds are at Our discretion.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations (e.g., non-payment, misuse), without liability. Upon termination, data may be deleted. Provisions like liability and governing law survive.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied (e.g., fitness for purpose, non-infringement). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, We disclaim liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

These Terms are governed by Iranian law, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Iran.

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Check periodically.
